Theme / Description:
Join us for another Wednesday night of trivia at White Elm Brewing Company York, featuring five rounds spanning television, movies, music, fleeting fame, and some of the biggest moments in history.
This week's lineup starts with Pilot Episodes, heading back to where some of television's most memorable series began. From character introductions and first storylines to memorable moments that set entire shows in motion, we'll see how well you remember episode one.
Then, Movies With a Big Twist puts your movie knowledge to the test with films famous for pulling the rug out from under their audiences. Expect questions about shocking reveals, unexpected identities, hidden motives, and endings that completely changed everything that came before them.
Music takes center stage with Directional Songs, featuring songs and artists connected by north, south, east, west, left, right, up, down, and plenty of other ways to point you in the right direction.
Next, 15 Minutes of Fame explores the people, personalities, viral sensations, reality stars, and unexpected celebrities who briefly found themselves in the spotlight. Some turned their moment into lasting careers, while others disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived.
Finally, History's Greatest Hits looks back at memorable events, discoveries, inventions, people, milestones, and turning points from across the centuries. From world-changing achievements to moments that earned a permanent place in the history books, knowing the past could be the key to winning the final round.
Whether you're a television fanatic, movie buff, music lover, pop culture follower, history expert, or simply the teammate who knows a little bit about everything, this week's categories offer plenty of opportunities for everyone at the table to contribute.
